SWIM WAIKATO AND SWIMMING NEW ZEALAND REGISTRATION:

 

Annual Competitive Swimmers Affiliation Fee.............$85

Annual Non Competitive Swimmers Affiliation Fee..... $40

This Affiliation Fee is a one off annual payment for the season 1 July – 30 June.

There are NO part payments.

Please contact the Coaching Convenor to confirm the difference between the two membership categories.

COACHING FEES

 

Our coaching fees are paid on “term by term” basis.

These fees are set by the Committee, and are subject to change.  Each swimmer will be notified of their fees due to the Club each term, and these need to be paid within SEVEN DAYS of receiving the invoice.

 

Junior Squad (Mon & Fri).......................................$55.00

Intermediate 1 Squad (Tues & Thurs)....................$60.00

Intermediate 2 Squad (Tues, Thurs & Sat).............$85.00

Senior  (2 Trainings)...............................................$65.00

Senior  (3 Trainings)...............................................$85.00

Senior  (4 Trainings)...............................................$105.00

Any Swimmer that only has

ONE (1) Training per Week....................................$45.00

 

OTOROHANGA POOL COMPLEX (TLC)

 

Please be aware that TLC operate the pool complex.  As from 1 Term 2012, we commenced a Lane Hire Agreement with TLC.  Lane hirage is $2.00 per training, per swimmer.  The current Lane Hirage Agreement was put in place for several reasons, the main one being that we now have guaranteed lane use.

The invoices are paid to TLC on a monthly basis, and ALL non-payment of this amount directly affects our Club, as we are invoiced per hour NOT per swimmer.

 

SWIMMERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO TRAIN OR COMPETE

UNLESS FEES ARE UP TO DATE

 

Payment of Fees

 

Payment can be made by Internet Payment direct into the Club’s Bank Account at the ANZ Bank 06-0393-0013127-00 OR place in the wooden box at the swimming pool for collection OR post to our mailing address. Please use your surname and the Term it relates to as the reference on any payment by Direct Credit.
