Rules & Information

ATTENDING TRAINING

You will need to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your start time.  DO NOT enter the pool until your coach allows you to.         To gain the most from your training, you need to attend ALL timetabled sessions for your squad.

CLUB COMPETITIONS

CLUB NIGHTS are advertised on the notice board, and all swimmers are encouraged to attend.  Club Nights are an opportunity for our young swimmers to get used to competing in a non-threatening environment.

Our more experienced swimmers are great role models on these nights, and are also competing to better their previous recorded times.

For each entry swimmers are credited with 1 point, and for an improvement in time they get 5 points.

At the end of the season, this total is added to the number of entries and personal best registered at outside Meets.  These points go towards the Point Trophies in each age group.

CLUB CHAMPS is a mini-meet open to all registered Club Members.  It is usually held at the end of February or early March.  Medals are awarded to the overall winner in each age and gender group.  The results from this Meet DO NOT go towards the Points Trophies.
